We are in the process of developing a stand-alone, portable version of the air purification module, called ‘Florence’.
This is currently at the prototype stage of development. It will be used for in-room applications and will shortly undergo research testing at the University of Essex, with a view to further testing with the NHS. This testing of the single room version will hold true for our standard ducted version.
Each year Hospital Acquired Infections cost £22-£35 billion globally. There are over 2 million cases, with an average of £20,000 per case.
